WOW. Just WOW. My experience at Maroneal Apartments was nothing short of AMAZING, and that is 1000% because of Heaven! From the second I walked in, her energy was unmatched. She was confident, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She didn’t just give me a tour she gave me an EXPERIENCE. She made me feel valued, heard, and completely taken care of. To be completely honest, these apartments were not at the top of my list when I started searching… but Heaven? SHE sold me. Period. Her customer service is elite. Her personality is magnetic. The way she represents this property is next level. I am signing here solely because of her, and I will happily stay as long as she’s here. That’s how impactful she was. If you’re considering Maroneal don’t even think about it. Just go see Heaven. She is the reason this place shines!

I had such a pleasant experience with Heaven. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and , attentive. I appreciate her time and effort answering all the questions I had.

I’ve had the best time here. The community is pretty well kept and the office staff, who don’t get enough credit, is very helpful. Yudi always had a great smile when she was here as does Heaven who does exceptionally well here. She is patient, professional, and knowledgeable.

Another day, another “water leak emergency”. We get those at least once a month. It is been 4 years with them and they still haven’t fix that issue. They blame the trees which they still don’t cut down or do anything about because the problem is the same every month. Yet they have the audacity to charge fee for water and all that. Despite my warnings that they clearly had an issue with the pipes, they had a massive water leak emergency last year on building 3 that ruined almost all units there. People had to live somewhere else. They had to fix my unit and left all my things full of construction dust. I had to endure living 6 months on a floor full of construction noise, dust, screws left behind, no lighting on the floor. Thieves stole equipment at night. It was truly miserable. They promised they would not increase the rent to those of us who had to endure this situation, but they act like they never promised that. They are too expensive for what they are. Old appliances, old A/C (which makes electricity bill way higher than normal). It is truly just the location. Plus they never take care of the pedestrian gates, which are open to anyone and I got an expensive package stolen from me not long ago. And of course they say they are not responsible for that lack of security. This will be my last year with them. Can’t wait to leave. Awful experience. The only thing worth here is the maintenance crew, they are very nice people and always helpful. I will never get tired of not recommending these apartments though.

This is how management takes care of resident issues. I’ve been living here for 10 years and have never been late with my rent. Recently, we’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue of squirrels inside the vents, and despite reaching out multiple times, our complaints were never taken seriously. After almost a month, a “resolution” was finally provided — but we were never informed what that resolution would be until we came home to find our dryer disconnected and placed in the middle of the living room. In its place, two traps had been set up, apparently in hopes that the squirrels would go into them. Not only was this never communicated to us in advance, but we were also expected to monitor the traps ourselves and notify management once the squirrels were caught. That is completely unacceptable. For all the years we’ve lived here, this is the first time we’ve had to complain about anything. We’ve experienced other minor issues before but always tried to be patient and understanding. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. If you’re considering living here, please be aware — this is how the current management handles resident concerns.
