The property has POTENTIAL! The new management is doing fine, but they were given 💩. There have been several transitions in management and where the experience lacked, the residents suffered. The quality of tenant has significantly decreased, likely due to trying to hit metrics and increase occupancy. The gym and pool furniture is dated. The halls hold gross smells. Our door mat was recently stolen. The number of children is more than desirable, especially because they run rampant around the pool. It began as luxury apartments, but now feels like recent undergrad graduates first apartment. Residents lack respect for community spaces. The elevator breaks every other month, it seems. The prices no longer match what we as residents are receiving. However, this is not the fault of the current management.

I recently moved into this property, and I must say I have had a great experience from start to finish. I moved from out of state, so Joselin was very helpful with showing the unit, paperwork and just making the transition easier. Once I met her, she was even more helpful. Very sweet and gave me tips for the city since I'm a newcomer. The staff seem to have a good relationship with their residents. Simone, was great as well! They stayed up with the communication and made my overall moving experience seamless.

I’m a new resident and I can honestly say Jocelyn has been amazing! From the application process to me moving in plus any time I’ve spoken with her Jocelyn has went above and beyond to help me solve my concerns. She’s a great property manager! She’s also great on communication if anything is going on with the property we get a detailed email , she has resident events for us and overall I truly believe she actually cares about her residents!

The air went out on Friday 6/5/26 and they came in and did whatever and said it was fixed. Well Saturday night it went out again so I had to sleep I. The heat. I got up Sunday morning and first thing I did was call the emergency number. Talk to a guy name William who said I should get a call back in a hour. Well the hour is up and still no call back. I have submitted 4 maintenance request regarding the AC. Stop patching and replace it! It is ridiculous!

Had a great tour with Simone! She was incredibly nice and helpful, giving me a complete breakdown of the property and some excellent local tips—which is amazing since I'm relocating from out of state in September. The property is well-maintained, budget-friendly, and has a wonderfully quiet vibe that I love. Yall gotta go check it out
