I giving 4 stars because my move was fairly easy. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to wait for them to wax the floors right before I was moving in. So I felt the waxing was done in a hurry and I don’t see the difference. So I really don’t know if they were waxed or not. Only other issue is convenience of the move with the loading dock, ramp and taking my furniture up through the small elevator. But overall the move in process was quick.

Visited a friend here and was disappointed. The 4th floor carpet has multiple stains and has an unpleasant odor on that floor. Over heard a couple fighting and st 3 in the morning. Couldn't pin point where it was coming from to call for help for the lady that was crying. Cigarettes and weed smoke comes there the vents. Which is very unpleasant as a none smoker. Elevators are very slow. Front elevator recently broke down over the weekend.

From the very beginning, you were responsive to my questions and concerns, which truly made a difference. I appreciate the effort you put into ensuring everything went smoothly, and your outgoing nature made the experience pleasant. I love my apartment and definitely provided the skyline view I wanted!! If downtown living had a crown, The Hamilton would wear it. I already live downtown and pass by this stunning building all the time — and every time, I can’t help but admire it. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like an apartment and more like a luxury boutique hotel — stunning lobby, top-tier amenities, and a fresh, clean scent that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff? Friendly, professional, and always ready to make life easier. Ashley is amazing at responding to emails and following up, which makes the process effortless. My lease is up in December, and I’m ready to put in my application as soon as an apartment opens up! Whether you’re sipping coffee in the lounge or unwinding at the pool, it’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Tour it once… you’ll want to stay forever.

Recently moved in! Everything went very smoothly. I am excited about the new living space! If you’re in the market, I’d definitely look into these apts. the staff is amazing, very professional and friendly. If you move in tell them Robert referred you! 😉
