The Grove at White Oak Apartments

The new management is just different. I can't say it's good or bad yet just different lol. I can say the communication needs work and so does the valet trash. So there are two separate charges thats identified on me bill as valet trash that totals $45 but they have been missing the mark now since the new management has taken over. I Can tell company changed when management changed because that's when the problem started. The previous company didn't miss a beat and I NEVER had a complaint. This new company is LAZY. They do not consistently pick up trash and they are TERRIBLE . I called the rent office and I was offered the number to call them. I WILL NOT BECAUSE I DID NOT HIRE THEM. With the amount of bugs in the community I would think you guys would work more diligently to make sure garbage is not consistently left outside. I wish that was the case because yet again for 2 days in a row my trash is still sitting outside.

**ATTENTION PLEASE** I recently moved into The Grove at White Oak, and I absolutely couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by the beautiful landscape and the stunning trees that adorn the area. It truly feels like a serene oasis in the heart of Houston. What makes this place truly exceptional is the incredible management team. I can't say enough great things about Ms. Karina, the apartment manager. Her warmth and professionalism are unmatched! She goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents are happy and taken care of. Karina, along with her amazing team members, Destinee and Joshep, always provide exceptional customer service. They're friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents, making the community feel like a close-knit family. The pricing at The Grove is also fantastic—they offer some of the best rates in the area, especially considering the quality of living here. The community stands out for its safety; I truly feel secure walking around the premises at any hour. Maintenance is always just a phone call away, and I've found them to be prompt and efficient in addressing any concerns I've had. Plus, it's such a relief to know there are no pest issues, and the entire property is meticulously clean! In summary, if you're looking for a great place to call home in H-Town, look no further than The Grove at White Oak. The combination of the beautiful setting, exceptional management, and the friendly community makes this apartment complex a true gem. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting and chatting with Ms. Karina—you won't regret it!

Refrigerator stopped working on 3/25/25 took three trips to the apt.. to finally get one that worked 100% . Karina the office manager said she had to go look at the refrigerator before I could get another. For a minute, I thought she had superpowers by her looking at it. The unit was gonna start working. With the high cost of groceries now days. Explain to her it was a necessary not a luxury for a refrigerator to work. I was not asking for a new refrigerator just for a working one. The maintenance guy was no help at all. Just hope I or someone else goes through this. Had to give an undeserved star to be able to post.

Everything from the application to the move in has been fantastic. Karina and Destinee are both very kind and made the move in process so easy. My husband and I have only lived here for over a week but we have loved it so far. And I also love the neighborhood and that 24 hr fitness is within walking distance

I am a new resident in The Grove, and I have to say that my experience from property tour through today (which is my five day anniversary) has been AMAZING and more welcoming than I would have even thought. Karina has been with me through there entire process: application, approval, lease agreement, move in day one and my one and only maintenance issue. Even though it was nothing major and I called right before office hours ended, Karina and Joseph took the time to assess the issue and get it resolved within 24 hours, and even followed up with me to make sure everything was good. The application process for move in was thorough, but where other places might make this a disaster , The Grove was nothing close to that. They were quick and streamlined, and always made sure to respect my privacy (as some things like renting an apartment tend to be invasive unnecessarily). The complex is small and tucked away off the main road, with a little over 150 units. The residents are friendly, and there is a park, pool and a zen garden on property for residents to enjoy.
