Maintenance is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. The amenities are excellent, and the surrounding area is great. The space is clean, modern, and spacious and overall loved living at the Exchange. I will say, however, one thing that was not disclosed during the application process is that there is a fee to reserve the Sky Lounge and the lounge by the pool. The residents can sometimes be inconsiderate, leaving trash outside the designated disposal areas and occasionally failing to clean up after their dogs. Overall, cleanliness has not been a major issue within the apartment itself or as it’s regarding pests. (although the hallways could be cleaned more frequently) The front office staff is generally friendly and cordial, though their demeanor can vary depending on the day. That said, they have always been willing to assist when needed. In our particular apartment, we experienced several AC related issues. The air conditioning stopped working twice (once during the winter and once during the summer) with each outage lasting about a week or more. We also had the heater fail during the winter. From what I gathered, the delays are seemed to be caused by the process of purchasing replacement parts. Corporate purchasing and shipping delays significantly extended the repair timeline. During these periods, I often had to follow up with the front office for updates, as communication regarding the status of repairs was limited or nonexistent. While the maintenance team itself was helpful, the overall repair process was frustrating due to the lengthy wait times on parts. On the first instance of the AC breaking it was around 90 degrees outside and did not work for 10 days. They did provide us with a window AC unit which could not cool the entire apartment as I lived with a roommate in a 2 bedroom/2 bath. We received some apologies and a small credit to our following months rent. However regarding the other occasions we didn’t receive any compensation for the lengthy delays and minimal communication on updates.

Me and my fiancé moved in a year ago and are getting ready to sign our renewal! We have nothing but amazing things to say about the exchange from the office staff to the overall community. I also want to shout out NRP management for understanding these are our homes. There’s no hidden fee’s you have to pay every month. If there’s ever an issue the office will explain and help out. Courtney and Tanessa have been amazing to work with. Thank you to the whole management team !!

Courtney was fantastic to work with throughout the leasing process. She was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. She made everything straightforward and stress free, and I really appreciated how communicative and helpful she was every step of the way. Great customer service can make a huge difference when apartment hunting, and Courtney definitely delivered. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering this community!

May 24th 11pm I really tried to love this place, but this is the last straw. My apartment is infested with termites swarming all around my living room. It started when I noticed little colony-looking spots along the ceiling where the wall and ceiling meet, but I didn’t see any active termites at first, so I thought maybe it was something old. Until tonight. I had my big living room lights on for an extended period of time while cooking, which I normally don’t do because I usually use natural light or small lamps. At first I noticed one flying bug and thought maybe a random fly got inside somehow. Then I saw a second one. I killed it, thinking maybe only two got in. Before I knew it, I had killed 6 of them, then 10, then 20, and it seemed like every time I killed one, five more came swarming out. I’ve been spraying them nonstop as I see them, but it honestly feels hopeless and overwhelming at this point. And this is after already dealing with constant silverfish in my bedroom, closet, kitchen, and bathroom. Maintenance has already come out twice for that issue. Now on top of everything else, I’m dealing with what appears to be an active termite infestation inside my apartment. I contacted emergency maintenance and have received no response. I can’t even relax or sleep knowing these things are swarming around my apartment. They’re even getting into my dog’s bed where she sleeps. I am completely at my wits’ end with this place. For whatever reason, I’m not able to upload any videos to this post, but I uploaded screenshots of the video I recorded of them nesting by my dog’s bed.
