Trysh was an amazing consultant there at the complex. This was our first time renting an apartment and she explained to us everything there was to know about the fees/deposits, she explained to us everything about credit and how to work it as well as how things affect it, she gave us a tour around the entire complex as well as the one we were looking for.

I will give them 3 stars because at least I have roof over my head. 1. Do not waste your time trying to call them over the phone. Their virtual assistant “eve” will make that impossible. (And they know, and don't care) 2. Read this carefully: TOUR YOUR ACTUAL UNIT, ACTUAL UNIT, ACTUAL UNIT. IF YOU'RE MOVING TO APARTMENT NUMBER 1234 PLEASE ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU THAT APARTMENT NUMBER 1234. do not trust nobody in that office, make sure the apartment is the one they say it is, (If classic or renovated). 3. Do not fall for the offers like “$500 dollars gift card when you move by month whatever” you will move and there will not be there any gift card (not that I care) but is is worth to let anybody know that there is no gift card. I was not going to mention the roaches because, we all know this old buildings are infested with roaches, BUT, I went to the office last thursday, asked for pest control, the woman took a note, told me that pest control will be coming next tuesday…. It is tuesday 7:00 PM I dont think they are coming lol.

be careful for moving At&T lease office provided funny. Internet price in website $49 they will charge $65 . What a plan . thank you
