I love every part of this transition into the new apartment I rented, everything has been great so far aside from small hiccups which are really no problem at all everyone has been really kind and I loved working with Naomi she is truly amazing I found it great and would definitely recommend these apartments

Naomi was awesome and great customer service! She assisted me and helped with moving in! Nice, quiet and clean community! School district is also Great!! Love my townhome!!

Naomi worked with me. I’m actually fuming. I worked with her for about 3 weeks. Since before Christmas. I was transparent about my rental history before submitting the application. I explained the last place I rented that was a complex said my rental was clear but that i could possibly have something. She didn’t charge me an admin or application fee so we could run my rental history so we wouldn’t waste our time if I did have anything on my rental history. She tells me days later that there was nothing on my rental history & was good! That was the whole point of gettin the process started early. For 3 weeks I asked questions about since my background is clear what deposit was I approved for & I discussed for weeks with her about a certain unit I wanted. I sent my income proof & I know I made 3x more than the rent. 3 days before I was suppose to move I was suppose to come down to view the unit. I came at 9am on Monday to see the unit. She said it wasn’t ready & to come back. I let Naomi know I will come back at 1-2pm. She said that’s fine & I’ll come back a little after 1pm. Each time I came by I brought my baby with me. Instead of calling me knowing I was coming she told me when I got there that I do have something on my history regarding another apartment & I don’t make 3xs as much as the rent. I said why didn’t you tell me this 3 weeks ago when I told you upfront about it? She said they didn’t see it till now. So you guys didn’t do anything for 3 weeks? Nothing? Then she LIED. I make more than 3xs the income requirements. I had 5 people do the math. I sent her screenshots this morning again so she can see. She knows that’s a lie or the office didn’t care to actually do their job & review my income correctly. I sought out legal representation after this. This complex knew what they were doing. Now I’m rushing to find living arrangements for the rest of the month because of these people. Naomi did not care AT ALL. I was crying & she just tried to excuse her poor work ethic. I’m not paying 3x the rent to move in here no matter how many people she said pay over 4k to live in these bootleg luxury apartments. They’re good monthly for the price but nothing more. I cried there in the office & I questioned why am I just hearing this now if you’ve had my application information for weeks? Another excuse. I brought my baby with me each time & she turned me away saying the unit was dirty so I couldn’t view it the Friday before. She didn’t call me either to tell me that, she waited for me to show up. Wasted my gas & had me packing up my child for no reason more than 1 time. In the end these people act nice but will tell you something totally opposite than what they’ve been saying RIGHT before move in. They don’t care that I have a baby & I needed a place to live. I was preparing to move for weeks now & they come up with a way to charge me more money. It’s sad actually. Also if you guys respond to this lying in anyway trying to defend yourself, make sure you’re ready for my evidence & make sure you guys are ready for a defamation lawsuit because I can prove it, if you guys choose to make false statements. There is camera footage of my conversations with Naomi & phone records as well. I also made sure an accountant friend viewed my bank statements & she said they clearly didn’t do their job right. The money adds up so they’re not sure how they came up with what they did. Update: after showing Naomi the screenshots breaking down my income & to prove that she was incorrect, she took no accountability. She states I wasn’t guaranteed an approval & she didn’t address the fact she lied saying I don’t make 3xs the rent. She decided to make up several excuses that made no sense really. The point was she had my information for 3 weeks & lead me on thinking I was good to go for January 15th just to tell me January 12th a whole bunch of bs. 3 weeks of doing what? She didn’t even have the decency to call me about it before I came by with a baby. Her apology wasn’t genuine & pointless honestly.
