The Crossings at Berkley Square

Good afternoon, I just wanted to post on here to say I went into the office met up with the assistant manager Diana and manager Chasity which were the most nicest people I met. I was given a tour , I loved the one bed room I was shown therefore I decided to Apply and got approved. The process was very easy and straight forward with no issues. I am glad I get to call this property my home for now on

Chasity and Diana were exceptional in my experience here! They’re very professional I was well informed on deals, the process went very smooth, I even changed my mind from St. Charles to Berkeley they still made it a very easy process. The apartment looked great well maintained I highly recommend you stop by they will work with anyway possible!

Mrs. Chasity & Mrs. Diana has made living here almost a full year a breeze. Literally just resigned my lease because of how comfortable & safe it is here. Thank you ladies

I’ve truly enjoy living here. The community is quiet, clean, and very family-oriented, which makes it a great place to call home. The property is well-maintained, and the affordable pricing makes it an even better value. One of the things I appreciate most is the amazing staff. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. Any time an issue or maintenance concern arises, it is addressed promptly and efficiently, which gives residents peace of mind. If you’re looking for a safe, welcoming community with excellent management and responsive service, I highly recommend this apartment complex. It’s been a wonderful place for me and my family.

Been at the apartments 5 years now and really enjoy it.The place is quiet day or night.The maintenance is outstanding and the grounds are well keep.The new office manager Ms.Chasity is a godsend.She is very warm and will work with you on any issues if she can and always has a smile.Overall its a great place to stay with the schools and stores all within each other
