They don’t tell you about the extra city of Houston trash fee of $25. Before you sign the lease, they are only going to inform you about the $27 valet. After you sign the lease and receive your first bill, you will see $27 valet, $5 pest, water & sewage (varies), then $25 City of Houston Community trash. When you tour ask about both fees. Safety gets worse, daily car break ins while residents are badgered with reminders and lease violation threats. No locks or elevators work. Horrible. Focus on the quality of living. Even the hall by the office smells like dope. Keep the generated response about calling for concerns bc ppl do that already.
