Lived here for a couple of years and just put in my 60 day notice. This place deserves 5 stars because of the team they have here. They always worked with me to make sure my experience was exceptional -always friendly and welcoming. The property is well maintained overall. I never had issues with safety or pests/bugs, and any maintenance requests were addressed promptly. No place is perfect, but their service and willingness to work with you has been second to none.

I had a really good experience with Annette at The Catalyst Apartments. She made the whole process way easier than I expected. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me quick and kept everything simple. Nothing felt confusing or stressful, which I really appreciated. The view overlooking Dakin Park is a chill vibe, especially in the evening. If you’re thinking about moving here, definitely ask for Annette. She’ll take care of you.

What truly sets her apart is how she makes you feel like family rather than just another person leasing an apartment. In fact, she is one of the biggest reasons I have chosen to stay at the Catalyst for over three years. Her professionalism, friendliness, and sincere care make a huge difference, and it’s clear she truly values the residents. Annette is a tremendous asset to the Catalyst, and I’m grateful for the positive experience she consistently provides.

I’ve really been enjoying living at Catalyst. From the moment I walked in, everything felt so welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. Annette, the leasing agent, has been an absolute doll—so kind, incredibly thorough, and always responsive. She truly stays on top of everything and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The concierge team has also been amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which adds such a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The apartment itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a location that’s hard to beat. Being right in the heart of downtown, there’s always something to do, and having everything so close by makes it feel even more special. One of my favorite features is the gym—the views are incredible, and it’s such a peaceful, motivating space to spend time in. It’s just been a really warm, inviting, and positive experience all around.
