Maintenance emergency number doesn’t work. The exit and entry gates are constantly broken, and today both exit gates were inoperable while the visitor entry gate kept bouncing back when trying to open. I attempted to call the emergency maintenance line, but the number wasn’t working. The elevators are also frequently out of service. Unfortunately, there appears to be a significant amount of deferred maintenance throughout the property. Since Greystar purchased the complex, the overall condition and responsiveness seem to have declined noticeably. I would not recommend this apartment community based on my experience.

I’ve had an incredible experience at the briscoe ! Moving to Houston there’s tons of option but they really stood out! Ariel in the leasing office was an incredible help in my application and move in process, making it one of my smoothest move ins I’ve ever had. Absolutely recommend!

It was a good apartment until Greystar took over! I can literally write a laundry list of things that could be better but try checking out the Ivy and the James apartments, next door.

The gym was supposed to be closed for three months because the elevator was constantly broken, but it’s been closed for five months now; I don’t recommend it

Josue was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and patient. We are seriously considering the place. Love how clean spacious and nice it is
