The Bellfort

-Apartment had many signs of mold and you could see it on the walls, said they would come fix it but never did! -Valet trash service is no good, many times has my trash not been picked up, i make sure its always in the bin neatly, but get skipped over, whereass my neighbor just places it on the floor and it always gets picked up, gets tiring! -There is always somebody in the leasing office/ front desk, but nobody seems to care for the phones, several times i called all day and go no response until i have to physically show up right after work ans sometimes im cutring it close since they do close @6! -If you have other options, please re-consider!

If I could rate this apartment complex a 0/10 I would. By far the WORST apartment I have ever stayed in in Houston Texas! Rating only has 1 start due to the fact of Michelle the lady in the leasing office who helped me! Everything else is horrible. Maintenance had my apartment flooded and my cabinets wet which caused all my towels and bath mats to mold, which michelle helped me with and got me new towels and bath maths. Maintenance then removed the cabinet in my bathroom from the unit and did not put it back my last days there it was never never put it back , that’s not even the worst part. The apartment complex is infested with bed bugs. I put in multiple PEST control request to get this under control and to save my furniture in which they had Pest control for BED BUGS come out and spray once 5/5/26 and then tried to schedule them again on my move out date 5/18/2026. In which I’ve been putting in maintenance request since April 11th. They did a horrible job with the safety of their residence. I have medical bills from an allergic reaction that was caused from bites. I turned in my key to Katy the day of my move out date. To only get call the next day stating they never recieved my key, which I have video proof of me dropping them off. I had to throw all my furniture away due to bed bugs because not only was my unit infested but other units where infested with them as well, which was stated by the property manager over the phone stating that “We treated another apartment for bed bugs and they where gone within the next check up”, which is a lie because bed bugs do not leave within 1 day of treatment. Then they lied and said they came and checked my house 5/15/2026 and seen no more activity of bed bugs, which was a lie them nor the pest control wanted to take the time out and fully inspect my unit. I had my own inspector come to inspect the unit in which they said , the bed bugs are outside , coming out of the vents and outlets and that my things aren’t saveable. Due to the horrible care of these apartments everything I owned had to be discarded. They did not treat my unit and I couldn’t even stay there my full term and had to stay else where because of this. By far the worst apartment complex ever. Also they will make you pay for valet trash & NEVER COME PICK IT UP. Horrible apartments. Hopefully michelle can work at a leasing office that cares about their residents, she was the only thing good that came from these apartments. OVERALL DO NOT LEASE HERE!

Michelle in the leasing office is the most professional individual one could meet, yet kind and always willing to assist you if possible. I truly cannot say enough about her loyalty to your company yet supportive of the residents needs. Kuddos to your company and to Michelle. It has been a pleasant stay at the Bellfort Apts. these past 4 yrs. Sincerely, Annette Johnson

These apartments are so welcoming and the staff is so patient...Love it...

It is near impossible to find the exit
