Been here since 2017 the move in process was fast Michael was very nice the property is quiet and well kept up the maintenance is fast I put in a work order and the next morning maintenance is there.over all is a great place to stay .

Management- Micheal Bender is very unprofessional & rude. It took almost a month just to get an application status. He wouldn't answer any calls even from other prospects that was sent to him as well. If this is a normal way he handles this business. I can only imagine the headache of trying to get any maintenance work done in this establishment.

The owners are rude and very unprofessional. These guys doesn’t care about anything dealing with maintenance. They will not fix anything. They will accuse you of breaking it instead of sending professionals to come and fix the A/C, the heat. They only want to be paid their rent money nothing else matter. The old man will get an attitude with you and will hang up on you. He is so rude to be an apartment owner. Run, do not move here!

Phoric Flies infested place , ownership and management don’t really cares about nothing . They not even open the office but 3 days a weeks . 1 pm - 5 pm . They should call on pesticide company to treat all the lawn . But they don’t really care . Flies come thru walls and all sheet rock with gaps and cracks

Price GOUGING is going on at this place. Before Hurricane Harvey 3 bedroom wood floor was 1325...After Harvey 1425. I applied before Harvey and was approved. I went to give my deposit yesterday and they told me it was now 1425. Man in office told me people just need a roof overs there head and people taking anything. I took my cashier check back. I'm turning them into consumer report along with my text messsages and verbal communcation I had. I no longer trust this property management. Unprofessional (need set business hours posted and better standard operating procedures especially when it comes to customer service and application/ pre-move in process)!
