Title: Beware before applying, Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Communication. They will just ghost you. I toured this apartment community and submitted an application along with the required fee. After that, I never received any approval notice, denial, lease document, or any follow-up communication which they were supposed to send within 7 business days. Since I heard nothing, I reasonably assumed my application was not approved and had to rush to search for a new unit and plan moving. On the supposed move-in day, they suddenly contacted me asking if I would be moving in. That was the first time I heard anything. I was then told there had been an “error” and that my application was somehow lost on their end. At one point prior to that, I stopped by to view the exact unit I had applied for again (I couldn't see the exact floor plan where I toured first) — purely for planning purposes so I could measure and decide what furniture to bring. Today, they used that visit against me and Gustavo that because I came back to look at the unit, I was “indecisive,” and that’s why they didn’t follow up with approval or lease documents and ghosted me. That explanation makes no sense. Viewing the unit I applied for does not justify zero communication. According to their logic, they are entitled to zero communication if they "think" you are indecisive though you have submitted an application and paid application fee. When I went in person to ask whether my application fee could be refunded, since the issue was due to their internal error, I was told it was against policy. While I understand policies exist, what was most disappointing was their refusal to take accountability. Instead, they attempted to shift blame of zero communication onto me. It’s concerning that an application can be “lost,” there’s no communication for weeks, and then responsibility is redirected to the applicant. They have no right to not letting me know anything though and label me as "indecisive" because I revisited the same unit. I did not receive the service mentioned in their application agreement that I was supposed to receive after submitting the application with proper application fee. And pinning this on me, is the most unprofessional thing one can ever do.

I've been staying at sync since the summer of 2023, and I have loved staying at this property! We got Off to a rocky start as it was our 1st apartment and we were put in an older unit, but once the new management came, everything runs much smoother.Norma in the office and Oscar from maintenance are the people I see the most, and their work to make everyone enjoy their stay here truly goes above and beyond! Even when I had difficulties and had to transfer, Norma and Stephanie made the process simple and helped to ease my stress which did not go unnoticed. I've recently made the difficult decision to relocate which prompted me to leave a short thank-you before I part. I would love the chance to live at sync again in the future if that is in my cards. Huge thank-you to Norma and Oscar for going above and beyond in hospitality, and hanks to sync for giving me the best 1st apartment experience!

Elevator always broken, entry doors from garage to building easy access and never secured, dog poop in garage, The garage near entry ways are in need of power washing and cleaning very bad. No issue with inside of apartment. Overall, I really like the property, just need to work on some outer maintenance issues.

Maintenance is generally timely in responding to requests, which I appreciate. However, several requests have been marked as completed without the actual issue being repaired. Since moving in, I’ve submitted multiple requests with the expectation that many of these items would have been addressed proactively prior to move-in, especially given that this is a luxury apartment community. Examples include a missing light kit and non-functioning ceiling fan controls, which remain unresolved, as well as broken blinds that were not replaced and were instead flipped upside down. I value responsiveness, but completion should reflect actual repairs rather than temporary or cosmetic fixes. I hope this feedback is helpful for both current and future residents so that we can all have a consistently great living experience.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I have to say, working with Oscar, has been such a great experience! From day one, he’s been super helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. Whenever I’ve had a question about my lease, maintenance requests, or even just general info about the community, he’s quick to respond and genuinely cares about getting things handled. You can tell he takes pride in his job and truly wants everyone here to feel at home. The property itself is always well-kept, the common areas are clean, and communication from management is excellent, a lot of that comes down to the effort Oscar puts in. I’ve lived at a few apartments before, and this has easily been one of the best experiences. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed and welcoming!
