Stella at the Medical Center

I came in the morning to try and get a tour but nobody was in the office so I booked a tour through the website. I booked it at 3 PM. I came at 3 PM and nobody was in the office. I sat at the front of the building for 39 minutes and nobody ever showed up. There were other people waiting as well and nobody ever showed up to the front office, it was it was very sad. One had told me they booked a tour at 2:15 and that nobody was there. I genuinely think nobody was there the whole entire day. I only stayed sitting there that long because I have too much time in my day and me and my boyfriend just sat on the front porch of the little office on the rocking chairs, which are really nice by the way, but I think that’s the only nice thing about that place.

I have lived at this community for several years, and for a long time, my experience was disappointing. The previous leasing staff often seemed indifferent to resident concerns. That changed when Iva joined under RPM Living; she was the only one who truly listened and went out of her way to help. ​ When TAM Residential took over, the best decision they made was keeping Iva on the team. She has since been promoted to Assistant Manager, and she is absolutely outstanding. She gets the job done efficiently and always treats tenants with genuine respect. ​ I also want to clear the air regarding maintenance. I’ve seen others mention neglect, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Kevin and Jeremy are fantastic. They typically address standard issues within 24 hours, and for emergencies, they’ve responded in under two hours. They consistently go above and beyond to make things right. ​The new leadership is just as impressive: ​ Brittany (Manager): She is incredibly pleasant and responsive. Unlike past management, she actually answers emails and addresses questions directly instead of avoiding them. ​ Veronica (Leasing): A wonderful new addition who makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. ​ Thank you, TAM Residential, for putting together a team that actually makes me feel welcomed and valued!

Great Experience So Far! I’ve been living at Stella at the Medical Center for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a really great experience. The community is clean, well-kept, and conveniently located just minutes away from the Texas Medical Center, which makes it ideal for anyone working or studying nearby. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself feels modern and comfortable. My kitchen has stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinet space, and a nice open layout that connects to the living room — perfect for hosting friends. The walls and flooring look updated, and the air conditioning works great (which is a must in Houston!). I also love the amenities here — the pool area is clean and relaxing, the gym has good equipment, and the dog park is super convenient. The property always feels safe, and I like that it’s gated and has plenty of lighting at night. Maintenance has also been quick to respond any time I’ve needed something. All in all, I’m really happy I chose Stella at the Medical Center. The staff genuinely cares about residents, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment close to the medical center.

Went to tour Stella yesterday. The apartments are nice. Spacious and quiet on Monday afternoon at the very least. The amenities are great. As we were waiting to take a tour we witnessed 3 seperate tenants that had come in reporting flooding in their apartment and my fiance saw a roach on the counter of the apartment we toured. This would have been my first choice for our big move, but those seem like a lot of issues for luxury apartments. Guess we have to keep touring.

Brittany and Jeremy have provided VIP service from the moment I walked through the door @Stella. Brittany provided me the utmost level of customer service. She was kind, helpful, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. The supervisor of the maintenance team, Jeremy, solved an issue I was having in less than an hour. I've never had that level of service anywhere. Shoutout to Brittany and Jeremy at Stella. Additionally, the property at Stella looks amazing! I think my favorite amenity is the fitness center; having a fitness center on site saves me $90 a month! You won't be disappointed when you choose Stella.
