Regardless it’s in a bad part of town. The gate won’t be stopping none of the crime.

Everything started off well, I had booked 3 weeks ago and all was well, pretty nice stay so I booked again and 3 day b4 my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I was going down to move my daughter in college so it was a super inconvenience.

My mom was having surgery at MD Anderson, so me, her, and my dad booked this apartment for our stay. It was wonderful. Check-in was a breeze, and Tonya even made sure we got a downstairs unit. Everything was neat and clean. Tonya and Shami both were reachable and responsive, and all around just very nice people, and both asked how my mom was doing when we got back to the apartment after the surgery. The other tenants and renters were all very nice too. Some of the buildings in the area are older which might make the area look a little sketchy, but in our experience we had absolutely no issues. The complex is gated and we felt very safe at all times. Thank you so much Tonya and Shami for everything!

The aesthetic was so calming walking in. Our unit (#1) was really beautiful. Very tranquil/quiet unit. Would definitely stay again.
