We love Southgate, the views, the gym and the pool. Apartment layouts are great and the staff is always looking for ways to improve the building and the living experience. Big community that feels like home.

We absolutely love Southgate we’ve been here already two weeks and so happy with the community, management, maintaining and the pool&gym like living in resort 🏝️

If you're looking for a fresh outlook on what Miami really is, Southgate is the place to be. Living here has completely transformed my experience of the city. From peaceful walks along the baywalk to the convenience of having Whole Foods just steps away, everything you need is within walking distance. The building itself is spectacular, with stunning art deco architecture and even better views. Watching the sunset over the bay from your balcony feels like something out of a movie. The amenities are great-a fully equipped gym, three pools, and one of my favorite features: the BBQ grills right on the water, where you can cook while enjoying the ocean breeze and panoramic views. But what really makes Southgate feel like home is the community—friendly neighbors, a strong dog-loving atmosphere, and a peaceful, welcoming vibe that’s rare to find in the heart of the city. A huge shoutout to Saide and Chris from leasing who’ve always been helpful, and to Rogelio and the entire maintenance crew who are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond to get things done quickly. And of course, the front desk team; Jennifer, Yohan, Gilberto, Asseline, and Erica who always greet you with a smile and genuine care. After four years in Miami, I can confidently say that Southgate is the reason I finally feel at home. Highly recommend!
