Our Leasing Agent, Rebeca demonstrates professionalism while also being personable and caring. She is a stellar employee role model. I encourage you to contact her for your next place to call home. Weekly organized activities/events by Rebeca and Ashley fosters happiness and harmony throughout the residents' community. Makes us feel respected in a manner that we matter in importance. Eduardo responds immediately to our minor maintenance questions and requests efficiently to resolution. We are very pleased in our choice to live at South Main Building!

I just moved in, and I’m so impressed. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It's modern and very chic. The pool is one of the nicest I saw while apartment hunting, and the gym is incredible. It’s fully stocked with everything I need (even hand towels and water bottles!), so I don’t need a separate gym membership. A huge shoutout to the South Main leasing team, especially Rebecca and Ashley, who made my cross-country move so smooth. They were kind, responsive, and always available to answer any of my questions. I felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a great place to live in the Med Center area, I highly recommend this community!

I moved into this property the beginning of March 2024. The first two weeks of living on the property my AC unit was broken, and the hot water didn’t work. I was told that the unit I reserved was “move-in ready” when in fact it wasn’t. I spoke with the front desk, and advised them that it wasn’t a big deal being I was on military duty I just wanted the issue rectified. Within 2 months of living on this property my car was vandalized twice INSIDE of the “protected residence parking”. I was told the crime rate is up everywhere in Houston, and that I wouldn’t be able to review the cameras. I later found out the direction of the position of the cameras wouldn’t have caught the entry of robbers anyway! As I continued to bring this issue up I became aware that entry doors of the property had been broken, and the gates are NEVER fully functional. The most current issue is there is NO parking space/capacity for visitors. This being the case there are people parking in the “future residence spots, in front of the loading dock, in tow zone areas” because of lack of functionality. My visiting vehicle was reported by the front desk team, and when done the response were giggles, and that I should have found somewhere to park. I had to pay $400 to get my vehicle released, and when asked if there could be some form of compensation due to there being a LACK of parking here at the property I was told “unfortunately there’s nothing we can do but we advise you pay your rent.” I asked the front desk what happened to WARNING STICKERS, and why are other vehicles not being towed IF per their policy there were ALSO illegally parked. The attached photos are the SAME DAY just at night time of photos where cars were parked illegally, and their vehicles were not towed. This is a OPERATIONAL issue being there is LIMITED parking. The property decided to fire their property manager, and furthermore so without sending an eligible replacement. This property is being ran with NO management, and has been doing so for a month. This is beyond ridiculous. This property is TOO nice, and also TOO expensive to have these magnitude of issues.

Amazing property! I just moved in and the ladies at the office  did an outstanding job with my application and all staff the made me feel at home the moment that I arrived. The pool and the amenities are top!
