Chris Peavy with Smart City Apartment Locators has been the man since day one. He’s helped me secure my last two apartments, and the one I’m currently in is absolutely AMAZING. I honestly didn’t even know apartments in this area had Lazy River pools — and the fact that Chris highlighted that detail is what made me go ahead and submit my application! That alone shows how well he listens and understands what matters to his clients. Chris is thorough, highly organized, and has exceptional time management. Most importantly, he’s genuinely dedicated to finding the right place — not just any place. This most recent search took about two months, but he stayed patient, consistent, and committed the entire time. In the end, it was more than worth the wait. The apartment staff and manager even referred to her as the “MVP” because of how much she advocated and went above and beyond for me. Overall, the Smart City team exceeded my expectations. After securing my apartment, I worked with Liz from the concierge team who helped make the transition smooth . From setting up utilities to guiding me through move-in logistics. She was responsive, kind, and incredibly organized. Between Johnna helping me find the perfect place and Liz helping me settle into it, I felt fully supported from start to finish. What could have been a stressful international move was made easy and manageable. If you’re moving to Houston, you can absolutely trust Smart City to take care of you.

I cannot thank Tori enough for an absolute wonderful experience with her services. Since day one, she made sure to ask probing questions to start the hunt for the best unit. Communication is a big thing for me, and she did not miss a beat. She kept me informed, set up my tours, provided a checklist for said tours and provided a detailed document that listed the recommended floor plans (first time seeing that.) Tori was also super patient with the minor delays I was having with the application process. I cannot recommend Smart City enough - and if you get to choose Tori as your locator, come back to this review and confirm that she’s 10/10.
