I have been living at Sharpstown Park for several years and the maintenance is completed on the same day. The staff is extremely friendly. And, the residents are always helpful. I have "0" complaints in the years that I have lived here.

I have been loving at Sharpstown Park for over 9 years and I have loved my stay. You walk down the hallways run into neighbors and all are friendly. I do get home pretty late from work and I like that fact that late at night I can walk from my car to my apartment worry free. I will from the time I have been living here Sherry has been one of the best managers at the property, always attentive, pays attention to what needs done in the building and helps you has much as she can. Some ppl I'd say previous tenants need to cut her some slack she does her best everyday she's here. 10/10 the best :)

I want to say something important and honest. The manager, Sherry, has a very kind heart and is very helpful. She always tries to find solutions to other people's problems. I am talking about my experience here in this complex, and the manager, Sherry, is a very respectful woman who respects everyone and her goal is always to see the residents happy. We are lucky here to have a wonderful manager like Miss Sherry.

I can confidently say that my time at Sharpstown park apartment was one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. From the time I moved in, the community, and the management team all exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, Natural light poured through large windows, creating a warm and welcoming space. I never had an issue with maintenance. In fact, any minor request I made was handled quickly and professionally. What truly made the difference, was the management team. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, they made me feel like more than just a tenant. The manager sherry and all the management team are very caring and professional. Can’t thank them enough to make my stay very easy and peaceful. The neighborhood was safe, walkable, and convenient. I always felt connected to the area, and coming home was something I looked forward to every day. I highly recommend this place from the experience of seven years of stay. If you’re looking for a place to live where comfort, service, and quality all come together, this is it!!!

I have lived in this apartment for a couple of years , and over time, I have seen its quality decline to a shocking degree. In the beginning, the service was excellent, and maintenance was always prompt. I can’t remember the name of the previous assistant manager, but once they replaced her with krystal, everything changed. She is rude, and whenever you call for maintenance, she either ignores you or hangs up.It seems like she might have some issues with Black people. That’s why you don’t see many Black people there, except for those who want to live near the mosque. For example, I initially gave them notice to move out but later changed my mind and wanted to extend my lease. When I went to discuss it, she immediately shut me down with a "no" and a sarcastic "good luck" instead of offering me the option to rent month-to-month. It felt like they simply didn’t want me there, but I insisted on getting another room on a month-to-month basis until I moved out Safety has also become a major concern. The gates remain open for days, stolen car tires are left in the parking lot, and every morning, you wake up wondering if your car will still be there. It’s simply not safe anymore. At one point, someone even broke into the residents' mailboxes—I have no idea how or why that happened. There is no security, and the cameras are just for show. They don’t record clear footage, making them practically useless. One time, someone scratched my car, so I went to the office to check the footage, but the video was too blurry to see anything. Their biggest revenue comes from move-outs, as they charge excessive fees for minor issues. Make sure to regularly request maintenance and address even the smallest repairs, or you’ll end up paying a hefty amount They also introduced an online rent payment system, but if the software goes down, tenants are held responsible. I’ve seen people get into trouble because of this. It feels like they’re just looking for excuses to evict tenants, which is completely unfair. Honestly, it seems like management has been here for so long that they feel untouchable, and as a result, the apartment continues to deteriorate. It seems like the manager and assistant manager might be family members. Otherwise, they would likely be more professional and treat tenants with respect for the sake of their jobs . The only reason people still rent here is because of the nearby mosque. Given the poor management and safety concerns. Next to the apartment, there is a church with a large parking lot. I’ve seen people go there and engage in inappropriate activities, visible from my apartment. I wish I had pictures and videos to show how much the quality of this apartment has declined. Don't be misled by the fake reviews . I wouldn’t recommend living here.
