Pretty Laid back over all… No loud noise… Speed bumps are too big if you don’t drive slow you’ll need a new alignment or new tire … Parking and get a bit tight… Maintenance takes their time and will mark the work order as “In progress” but hasn’t been out to see the problem yet so thats a downer … Rent is really reasonable… Lots of flies near my unit and I keep my house clean and smelling good so I know I’m not the issue … Few loose cabinets and wear and tear but other than that great apartments…. Friendly neighbors

Quiet and safe place to stay. Manager is understanding and very professional. We love her and she knows everyone by name.

Do not apply here . I applied in August of 2022. With a 90 dollar move in money order . Every month since then no call & no answer . She is never in the office !! Then in January, I called and she answers and swore she called and emailed me . And I know it wasn't true because she didn't Even know my number . Not to mention. When I was applying she told me that a lady was not answering so she will have an opening now . Maby that is what she did to the lady as well . Now she claims that she put me on a waiting lists . And still is not answering during business hours ! Still looking for an apartment right now.

I've been visiting here since the late 90's since this is where a lot of my pedicure/reflexology/Bivona Tickling participants live! I often catch my bus to work right in front of it. I've been inside many units, and they all seem very comfortable.

Doesn’t deserve a star at all. Nothing updated including dishwashers, fire alarms, and refrigerator. Not enough parking. Lady in the leasing office rude ass hell and she’s never in the office on time or never answers the damn phone. She’s always takes early lunch breaks. Roaches anyone? But the leasing lady will tell you to do your part like you’re a dirty person. Shootings every week. Maintenance don’t do their job. The gate code system is ridiculous. You’ll spend most of your time waiting for it to open. The speed bumps will have you to need a alignment on your vehicle. Playground is small. If you’re going to pay high prices for rent might as well live in a upscaled apartment.
