While some residents praise the convenient location near the subway and medical center, along with the friendly and welcoming nature of some staff members, many reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the overall living experience. Common issues include persistent pest problems like roaches and rats, frequent outages of hot water, and a general lack of maintenance for recurring problems like flooding and mold, often leading to unexpected charges upon move-out. Additionally, several residents mention difficulties with the management, citing unhelpful responses to concerns and a lack of transparency in billing.

Not worth it at all. For rent to be $1000 for a one bedroom, I recommend the other apartments in the area. I was constantly dealing with flooding, rude staff (NICOLE!), lack of amenities as the gym was "under construction" the whole year I was there, and the property is very outdated and not well managed or put together. There is no business center like most properties have, the washer and dryers are not included in your unit unless you pay extra and there is loads of water damage, cracking in the bathroom fixtures, chipping in the tub and sink and more. Maintenance would respond fairly quickly but the property wouldn't fix problems in an attempt to cut corners and save money. My apartment flooded about 3 times ( from the laundry room and sewage issues) and not once was my carpet replaced. I had literal fecal matter all about my unit one time and the most they did was shampoo the carpet and leave a bunch of fans in my room blowing. Hooked up to my power running up my electric bill at that. The water was throughout my closet and bedroom and I had to throw away a lot of my things as well as had mold because they didn't check the whole room. When I was moving I found that the bottom of my box spring had molded badly as well as the carpet in the bedroom. My kitchen had water damage a lot as well that caused a stench that wouldn't go away and not once did that ever get solved. Behind the stove there was a space open at the bottom of the wall instead of there being a baseboard and water would come in. There was also constant leaking behind the refrigerator. There was mold in multiple places. When inspections were done some guy who was a leasing agent did the inspection and told me it was dust and not mold only for maintenance to have to come and cut out the vent over my shower because it was very molded. I have never seen an apartment that just sends a regular leasing agent to do inspections as they don't know what they're looking for. Due to covid and job losses and all of these financial problems my fiance and I had in the last couple years, we received assistance once. Everything was paid up and we paid the next month with no problem only to be caught in another bind and instead of the office allowing us to make a payment plan they were very rude about us not paying and wouldn't take any of our options. We had a 15-month lease which was a bad idea anyway but left after a year due to them trying to evict us because they wouldn't let us do a payment plan for one month. I understand if we get behind that's our responsibility but you don't have to be so rude about peopledealingwithlife problems. There were even issues upon our move out because the person who was trying to get our rental verification at our new apartment had to call and email them multiple times just to get them to do it. When I went into the office and told them about it they told me that the person at our new place was rude and had the wrong email. She had the right one😐 When I gave her the email myself she said that she will just send it again and see what happens. There is no possible way I believe Scotland Yard saying that she was rude. They also were talking so badly about my fiancé and I when that's not even the point of getting a rental verification. You don't mention anything about the tenant its just to see what apartment we are coming from. They sound salty to me and like they tried to stop us from being able to move in different ways. Harvest hill in the area told me they have had the same problem multiple times getting rental verification when I was looking for an apartment. I say do not live here unless you are okay with being ridiculed, rude staff, paying for things you will not get, and dealing with a multitude of issues in your apartment. Plus too much crazy things going on in the surrounding area (gunshots, thefts, drug activity) I've lived in multiple apartments without any issues and I regret moving here. It may have a decent location due to being 10 minutes from the red line train but that is ALL. I have nothing good to say about them

My friend lived in this apartment and had a very poor experience overall. The air conditioning was blowing air but not properly cooling and took about a month with multiple repair requests to fix. During that time, the electricity bill for a 1b1b unit was close to $200. I personally visited once and saw a mouse in the unit. My friend also had to use Amazon-bought glue traps and caught a mouse, which was very concerning for a residential property. Pest control was contacted, but the issue did not appear to be fully resolved. After move-out, there were unexpectedly high and unclear charges. Although no security deposit was required, the final statement included additional charges not clearly communicated in advance, and disputes were handled with short payment deadlines and pressure to resolve. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting here due to poor maintenance and lack of billing transparency.
