Heavy Latin/ Muslim community. Nice condos, borderline ghetto. They should raise the rent prices to attract better tenants. The kids make noise and vandalize into the night on school nights. Like I said; borderline ghetto. When an elementary kid is walking around with a baby and parents are inside…

Great place to live. Located near the highway for quick and easy access to the entire city. Neighbors are nice and lots of kids playing. HOAis going up but that is to be expected with a 40 year old complex.

Love the place but my neighbors are very Verbally abusive to a lot of the neighbors around he thinks he owns this whole place. He breaks all the rules, but he don't want nobody else to do anything. He has a dog that poo and pee in my yard, and I had to clean it. He never put a leash on his dog. But he expects everybody else to do so he's been harassing me since the move here. I can't even enjoy my view anymore.

Quiet, gated condominium, where many people enjoy living and many more are trying to find and make their future home! Minutes away from the Galleria and Downtown, with quick and easy access to one of the busiest and most important intersections in Houston (610@59), from where you can go anywhere you need!

If you want to live in a slum this is the place to purchase a condo. Garbage overflowing, sewage overflows Landscaping is torn up , the water system is torn up the pool is torn up before you think about purchasing a condo please be sure you walk the grounds. Instead of fixing the condos that are falling apart like the fencing and patios, etc. Residents drop their garbage all over complex. Hang clothes from balconies. These condos were never Memorial but a middle to upper middle class complex. It is as I said a slum. I shouldn't even give the 1 star. We have one resident who seems to be running everything. Residents have no communication with Board and they are controlling the monies. Have not seen audited financials for 2015 and 2016. Have not seen quarterly reports have not had a Board meeting in over a year. Doesn't seem right, does it?
