Roundhill Townhomes

Lived here for a few months until I had to move at 9 months pregnant due to harassment & terroristic threats. I informed the lady Anna in the leasing office and was told to send my police reports and notice which I did close to 90 days in advanced. Did my walk thru & was told I’d only be charged a cleaning fee but when I left I received notice that I was charged for August 2025 rent anyway although I did not live in the apartment at all in August.. now I’m being called by collectors & saying it will be on my credit. I have videos of everything.

I love living here. The homes are nice and maintenance is fast. Of course there’s a few things that could be worked on like the pool and people throwing trash out literally right in front of the trash bin but other than that, it’s pretty peaceful here. It is kind of hard to get in touch with management but Anna is the ONLY one in office. So please be considerate and keep that in mind. She is very sweet, and will help / accommodate you as much as she can! I took a big risk moving from out of state, being a single mother, but I’m glad to be here. Neighbors are respectful and peaceful as well. Thanks so much Anna!!!

The place is generally quiet, although in my second week there, my car was broken into and I was robbed. The townhouses are comfortable, spacious, and nice. But BEWARE, they have a serious problem with the ELECTRICITY. The transformers are constantly blowing, leaving you without power at any time (it's worst at night), and they don't offer any explanation. For the price, I think it's a terrible deficiency.
