Rice Village Luxury Apartments

Joseph showed us around the apartments, and he was fantastic! He was patient, easy to talk to, and never pushy. He gave us all the time we needed to look around and answered every question without pressure. The apartments were well appointed and spacious, great amenities within walking distance.

Our experience with Hanover Rice Village has been amazing. The apartment is large, spacious, and beautiful. The hallways are clean and well lit as is the parking garage. The ability to park in the garage in the same floor as the apartment is a huge plus. To us, what sets Hanover Rice Village apart from other complexes are the people, from the managers to the housekeepers to the maintenance staff are friendly and very helpful. We had two small issues and they were handled promptly and professionally. The complex is also very close to MD Anderson which is a huge plus for us as is the convenience of Rice Village itself.

I had a great experience leasing with America. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Communication was always prompt and helpful, and I felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend leasing with America if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

Hanover Rice Village is a wonderful living experience. The staff, especially the excellent new additions Linda and America, are professional, attentive and caring. They will do whatever it takes to make the HRV tenants happy. The building is well maintained, thanks to Sam and his colleagues, and the location simply can't be beat. We have first-class restaurants right in our building, and many other fine restaurants and shops are literally within a few minutes' walk. We plan to be here a long time.

I toured the property, and Linda was kind enough to show me around and provide all the information I needed. She was very knowledgeable, which I really appreciate. I will definitely come back in the future. I love how clean and well-maintained everything is.
