Joseph gave my clients and me the BEST tour of Hanover Rice Village! He was gracious and informative, and he gave us enough time to fully appreciate this beautiful property and all of its unique qualities. As an apartment locator, I can highly recommend any of the Hanover properties, and I think Hanover Rice Village is an attractive choice for anyone who is attending Rice University or working in the Med Center. The property well maintained, clean,and professionally managed. The manager Irene was welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout the visit. Very pleasant experience and the property made a great impression.

Irene was great!! We had a great experience at this apartment complex. Irene was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed throughout the process. Her customer service was outstanding and made us feel truly welcomed. We also loved the apartment itself it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The community has a great atmosphere and environment. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a positive living experience!
