I’ve had such a great experience working with Zelisha, the property manager at Post Oak Park Apartments. From the very beginning, she’s been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents. She always goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s maintenance requests, lease questions, or just general communication, Zelisha handles everything with a positive attitude and great attention to detail. It’s clear she truly cares about the community and wants residents to feel at home. Her friendly personality and consistent follow-through make a huge difference — it’s not every day you find a property manager who’s this dedicated and approachable. Thanks to her, living at Post Oak Park has been a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend both the property and Zelisha’s management!

I recently toured this apartment community, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. Zelisha, the leasing consultant who assisted me, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and gave me a clear picture of what living here would be like. The apartment itself was absolutely pristine — spotless from floor to ceiling — and the ambiance throughout the community felt calm and inviting. It was noticeably quiet, which really added to the sense of comfort. Between the professionalism and friendliness of Zelisha and the high-quality feel of the property, I left with a very positive impression. This is definitely a place worth considering for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained home.

My place was burglarized once and had another attempt, however when they saw my cameras they decided to leave. On my last burglary, the office although aware of the situation that occurred over the weekend, they acknowledged when I called them they knew, they never bothered to call me to check on me at all. When I asked if they could check their gate history for the time in question they never got back to me. Over the last three years living here myself and other tenants have noted the lack of security with increasing incidents of package theft. We also noted an incident where a homeless person was squatting in one of the empty apartments, we saw this individual throw an empty box of a stolen package into the dumpster as well. The front desk was neither thankful nor concerned when we reported this. They say that they provide night time security patrol however we have never once seen patrol. After asking so many times they added to their lease a disclaimer about said patrol leaving them once again unaccountable. If concerns like this are reported we do expect retaliation in the form of higher rent at lease signing. Very unhappy because I am not feeling safe. I love the complex and my apartment but totally exposed with no safety and a complete lack of concern by management. I’ll probably be evicted for writing this.

I stayed here for a year. I’ll like to start with my whole experience . I walked for a tour and I was attend by Zelisha it was good first impression and she showed me a sample of the floor plan I was interested in, and come to an agreement, it look decent enough for me and my dog and location was perfect for my job, but a lot of important information was miss. That I started to find out as a renter already down the rode. The place is very outdated and old fashioned and a lot of flaws in the apartments for the price they charged it’s not cheap but the place look like its worth 800 no more. They give you an inventory to fill out to report problems and flaws of the apartment. I filled it out and turn it in person. Months flew by and nothing was done. Later I had a mold problem and water links from the apartment Above me. And I’m Highly allergic to mold after reporting of the problem the maintenance team, will get to you within 3-5days. The way they took care of it is they clean the mold with bleach and paint over it. I had to go above my way for my safety to figure out what to do to prevent this mold from spreading and further growth. But there was not much I could do bc the mold was coming from inside the walls. My Stink had a leak idk from where it was coming from but I wasn’t aware of it until I saw leakage coming from the cabinet which ruin the wood and cause bad odor. My hot water to shower will only last about 10 mins which was so annoying. My closet sliding doors that I reported on my inventory started to go out and stop working. Also the door for the laundry later started to fall off. They never changed my refrigerator fillers like they say or even fix it that I also mentioned. My stove look worn out and I also report it but nothing was ever done so I dealt with it and made it work. My washer and dry where so dirty and smell bad but took care of it on my very own. Now that I’m no longer leasing I get my final bills and I see that I’m being charged damages for the stove top which I did report to find that “I never turn in or summit my inventory online” online i didn’t do it bc I was told with the physical copy is enough. So they have no records of me Turning in my sheet. Also they told me I had no records of having a pet. That’s the first question I ask before even touring. Are you pet friendly? I mentioned before that If I decide to lease it’s for me and my dog she’s ESA so maybe that could be the reason she wasn’t on my file idk what happen there but keep track of everything!! Bc they will loose all your paperwork. I wasn’t being a pushy person bc when I’ll complain they don’t want to deal with you and look for ways to dismiss you fast. And they pretend to always be busy or on calls. I caught them a few time trying to ignore me or excuse themselves so I wouldn’t even want to try with services like that. The fake calls really annoyed me. I lost my phone and lost most of my pictures of the first day I was there. But if you decide to rent here pls pls keep track of everything and documents! Lindsay is the manager there and she is awful unprofessional, and will not help you. Get your team on check. Loosing important documents and paperwork is excusable specially paying over 1400 for a 1bed in those conditions and experiences. It a quiet and peaceful environment no problematic neighborhoods but you can hear the noises from traffic. Also your water randomly goes off every month due to repairing. Also noticed a few rats outside. Which I understand it’s out of our control but still if We’re paying over $1000 I don’t want to see any type of rats around or roaches. I’m getting charged pest control every month. and there’s an ant infestation in the summertime so watch out for that.

I lived here for 3 years and it wasn’t the worst but it definitely wasn’t the best. I enjoyed the convenience of location to my workplace and the surrounding area. However, for the amount of rent they charge, the facilities and maintenance is not to par. We often had issues with A/C not working, flooding from water leaks or plumbing backing up, and animal feces in the hallways. Worst yet, instead of sending a final bill to charge for “carpet cleaning” they reported the account to a credit collection company. I would definitely not recommend living here. The photos I uploaded show the flooding we experienced and we were still charged for “carpet cleaning”.
