At first glance the apartment looked great , some small blemishes you would expect from an older apartment, but after moving in, within the first hour we were met with a series of unpleasant surprises, starting with an infestation of SPIDERS found all over the apartment including the bath tubs, as well as a beatle found in the closet. We were surprised because our leasing agent was extremely nice & told us our apartment was clean, but I’m not sure WHEN it was cleaned. The dishwasher had stains on it & the bath tub is yellow with the ceiling leaking. The fridge was not clean there were brown stains and crumbs all around and the drawers were sticky inside, I had to clean it myself. There were cobwebs everywhere. The carpets feel grimy & not clean. I’m sure it’s not his fault, I’m not sure who’s it is but it shouldn’t have become our nightmare, that in our first night moving in we’d have to be worried about killing 7+ spiders & a slew of other issues. Please please do your due diligence & come early to make sure your apartment is properly cleaned. We just made the tragic mistake of moving in the same day as our lease started and couldn’t check for these details earlier. This first day has truly been a nightmare. I deliberated not posting this review because our leasing agent has been really nice but the fact that we had to do this much work on the first night of moving in is honestly enough to warrant a one star review.
