Great Apartments, much more value than a hotel, very clean and easy process

I can't get my deposit back. I stayed in two apt's with them over two months. Everything was good. I moved out on March 11 and have been waiting on two deposits for $250 each to be returned. I have called 6 times and been promised it would come in the next few days. They said there was no issue w the deposit being returned Is this their standard procedure?

Recently, I stayed 6 weeks in Zak's apartment (Camden Greenway - 3800 audley st. Houston) and I have to say, it was great choice. Place was very nice and clean. It had everything what I needed. Housing complex has nice gym as well, which is only 30 seconds from the apartment. I didn't have any issue with communication with owner, whatever I needed he was willing to help. I can only suggests this place, and whenever our company will go to Houston to see client again and this apartment will be free, we will definitely rent it.
