Pines Condominiums

Reason why i gave a five star was because the owner of my condo that I rent from is AMAZING! Everything that has been broke or wrong he has fixed right away. His communication is amazing and very understanding. The community however in my area part. The cats are horrible I swear there is 13 to 20 strays and everyone feeds them so it doesn’t help. They have feces and urine in my back yard and it smells horrible in the back area. That’s the only downfall other then that the area is quiet and everyone minds there own business. I love it out here other than that.

I utilized an Airbnb unit here during my visit to Houston and this complex is very conveniently located to Memorial City Mall, CITYCENTRE and Westheimer (which is not too far from the Galleria). Parking spaces are assigned, there is nighttime security and the area is quiet in general.

I visited a relative here. The inside of the apartment was very neat and clean. It was very small though. The balcony was boarded as well, which gave a feeling that the area may not be safe. It would be nice to have some visitor parking too.

If I could give a zero star I would, this place is literally hell on earth, zero upgrades, the management ignores any type of repairs needed. Buyer beware. Plus the manager and maintenance crew like to gang up on residents and homeowners whenever repairs are requested.

Through thick and thin, this community has made it back. Most 1st floor units have been Completely rebuilt. The occupancy is almost 100 % owners and renter. Our new manager Is very experienced and professional. Some owners are just never appreciative.
