We loved the community, but the service provided by Antoine was the cherry on top. Extremely professional, informative, and great energy! Can’t wait for our move!

I wanted to tour here after seeing some videos of the layouts on social media. I scheduled a tour myself through their website. About 4 hours before my scheduled tour, I was sent an email stating that they had a resident moving in and that the other elevator was being worked on by a technician, and the leasing office reached out to me to ask to reschedule either 2 hours later that day or for another day. I stated that I am fine with rescheduling for the same day, just at a later time. An hour before my scheduled tour, I was sent another email stating that they would have to cancel due to the move in resident and the other elevator still being down. I didn’t respond back because it did leave a bad impression for me, and they ended scheduling me the next day for 2:30 pm, which I decided to tour it because why not, but requested to have my tour moved up to 1:30 pm since they stated they have any time availability after 1pm. Never got a response back so I didn’t show up. If this is my experience as a potential resident I do not know what actual residents go through.

This place only has ONE WORKING ELEVATOR. Have fun waiting 14 minutes to get on an elevator that’s going to stop 18 times on the way down to the 1st floor - you’re literally paying for it.
