Changing my 5 star to 0 stars. For the past month and half every time it rains, water leaks from the lights above into my apartment. I have told management several times and also have showed the maintenance crew where the water comes in and still no fix to this problem. They blame it on needing to go third party to fix. So I guess I’m stuck with my apartment flooding every time it rains while management takes their time negotiating. Also about once a quarter someone breaks into the garage and steals tires

My wife and I rented a two bedroom apartment at Olympus @ Memorial. The apartment and amenities are excellent. The location is better than any other, specially with Terry Hershey park being right on your door step. Jada Johnson helped us with the rental and continued helping us while with settled in. She was a big reason we rented with Olympus. She is kind, courteous, friendly and always has a smile. Thanks Jada!!

We found our townhome the Olympus at Memorial in looking for a home to live in the Energy Coridor. We met Jada on our visit to tour the options. Jada was/is wonderful to work with. She answered all our questions, (there have been many), gave us a tour and shared lots of useful information. We would definitely recommend Jada!

Leaking floors in the kitchen and closet. I provided all tools. 3 weeks living in hell and lying the whereabout!
