Since the new manager arrived, there has been a noticeable positive change on the property. Recently I spoke with a lady name Yessica and she took the time to listen to me and address concerns instead of dismissing them. Communication has improved, maintenance issues are being handled more efficiently, and you can tell there’s a real effort being made to improve the property overall. It’s great to have management that cares about the residents and wants to make the community a better place to live. Things are definitely moving in the right direction.

I’ve seen a big difference since the new manager came in. She’s very nice, professional, and actually takes the time to listen to residents and their concerns. You can tell she’s trying to fix issues and improve the property, which is appreciated. It’s refreshing to feel heard and see management being more involved.
