This property offers a vibrant urban living experience, highly praised for its central location with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and entertainment, along with a generally positive social atmosphere and helpful staff. However, prospective residents should be aware of persistent issues with frequently malfunctioning elevators and parking garage gates, which can impact daily convenience and security, and occasional concerns regarding cleanliness in common areas.

I love living here, as a single person you can't beat the location and the staff are all amazing. Kristi made me feel so welcomed from the application process to the move in and I am so grateful. The activities are so fun and living in the heart of Midtown is so convenient! Traffic is not bad and the parking garage is like every other one.

This place deserves 0 stars. I am done being silent. Elevators are always broken. One elevator has been broken and down since January and another elevator has been down for over a month. Our only working elevator is by the leasing office and if that breaks we are all in trouble and have no way to get our groceries up and down to our rooms then. Also one of our gates for the resident parking has been wide open for a long time. Then there’s no security around this building and so the homeless camp and hang out in the parking garage. Who would think this place is managed by Greystar and its a real disappointment that Greystar is managing a dumpster and act like slumlord management. Can you imagine if any of us residents or a lodgeur guest had a serious emergency and needed paramedics or any first responders and police and they can’t access getting up to us because the elevators are down and then they don’t know that our only elevator is the lobby area.

I do not recommend this place at all. Last year, I considered moving here and started an application, but I never submitted it. I ultimately chose a different property in downtown Houston. Later, I found out they charged me $85 and sent it to collections. When I tried to contact the office for clarification, my calls were repeatedly ignored, and no one could explain why I was billed when I never completed or submitted an application.

Chris was Kind, Knowledgeable and communicative. He made sure I had a smooth application process and make me feel comfortable the whole way. He is very familiar with the area and just a great soul. I enjoy staying here so far as ive. just moved in but the management has made it worth it .

The management of this place is absolutely terrible and I would deter anyone looking to rent here. The elevator closest to me has been broken for 2 months straight now and that has been a constant occurrence during my year of living here. About a week after this most recent elevator break, a homeless person took a #2 in the stairwell during the freeze, which led management to lock public access to the first and second level stairwell. As a result, residents on my side of the building could not access the bottom level without walking all the way across the building. (It’s also worth mentioning that the other elevators frequently break as well.) That wasn’t even a big issue until the keyfob scanners in the stairwell, next to the broken elevator leading to the 3rd level (resident parking) and the other residential floors, stopped working. This forced residents to prop open the doors with whatever they could find. Eventually, the door stopped latching all together that it could be pushed open without even using the handle, allowing unrestricted access to what’s suppose to be “secure” residential areas. Around the same time, management reopened the 1st and 2nd public levels in the stairwell, meaning anyone could easily walk into the resident parking level, break into cars (which already happens frequently in the public parking areas), and access apartment units with ease. Throughout all of this, the elevator has remained broken. There appears to be no urgency to resolve these issues, which is extremely concerning given the clear lack of regard for resident safety. They seem to only care about fixing the amenities. Unfortunately, this is just one of many problems with this apartment complex. Communication with the leasing office is poor. There seems to be a lack of care with the dog park, as it will run out of poop bags for a day or two, I have found shards of glass in the dog park, and there is poop left on the turf for days. The “secure” gate to the 3rd level resident parking is frequently broken and left open. The ticket machine for public exit regularly malfunctions, causing long delays for residents trying to leave.
