I’ve been living at Meyer Oaks for the past 2 years. All I can say is that these apartments have been great to me. From the amenities such as the pool and gym, to the friendly neighbors that I have around me has made living at Meyer Oaks an amazing experience. Also, the convenience of having all the stores near by such as restaurants and grocery stores just makes it even better.

It would be a perfect five out of five rating. The only downside I've really experienced comes from the fact that the building is old and that the walls are thin. So your experience is really going to heavily depend on the people living next to you. The real MVPs for Meyer oaks is the staff. Dina has been so incredibly kind informative. She actually wants to help and be of service. The other leasing offices I went to around the area I always felt like I was inconveniencing them. Not here though. So I just really want to say thank you so much. And Stephanie was amazing on the few times I've had interactions with her as well. And the maintenance staff is just a hoot and a half as well always smiling and skilled in there trade. The price is fair relatively speaking, maintenance is done very quickly. Last time I had a minor issue it only took a day from the time I submitted a work order tappy issue resolved. The area is very safe, you do not see too many transients or sketchy people. So if you have kids you could feel safe and let them go to the local restaurants and nearby stores without worrying too much.

Living at Meyer Oaks has been very frustrating. There are constant power outages, and they are always fixing the water, which disrupts daily life. Dina lives on the property and makes residents feel like she is always watching, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Maintenance does nothing. They constantly say they will fix things, but repairs are never completed or take an unreasonable amount of time. When residents bring up issues, they are ignored or brushed off. They have a problem with everything you do, even though you are paying rent and following the rules. On top of that, Dina gets mad when you report a problem, instead of trying to help or resolve it professionally. Overall, this is not a comfortable or well-managed place to live, and management needs to seriously improve how they treat tenants and handle maintenance.🥲

Me an my lil family went in today to view the apartment. They are so sweet and kind. I love the floor plan. The manager Ms.Dina also was so sweet. We will be back soon🙏🏾❤️Thank you 2 for the welcoming hospitality.
