Good morning everyone i would like to give my experience on arriving at metro yesterday it was absolutely incredible why because as I walked in i was greeted with snacks and water noted i just got of work so thumbs up chelsea in so many ways i never had to ask a question it wasn’t because i didn’t have any but more of understanding without saying anything awesome customer service i cant forget jazzman,ms Tangela with there charisma energy to make sure my experience so amazing talking about a place I definitely looking forward to calling home for me and my wife and kids if you looking for a experience of a life time this is the property that always put the customer first highly recommended dont just listen to me experience it for yourself then let me know if you wondering where to move to 2026 this is the spot i guarantee so check it out and you tell me your experience and we go from there definitely

I went to tour the place and It was beautiful! Chelsey was amazing and so welcoming it was such a pleasure speaking with her. She sold us on the place soon as we were done with the tour. Though I wanted to keep my options open so that same day, I went to Smart living on telephone rode , and the lady in the front was very rude and didn’t want to give us a tour because “she wasn’t supposed to be there” Left immediately and went back to Metro 5514 and loved the place.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Chelsy was so helpful and happy to show us th area. They are insanely huge apartments with a well thought out layout and the environment is so peaceful. Love them. Love the pricing !!!

Great community, reasonable prices, and kind staff never had a bad experience with the office staff they were always empathetic with any concerns. The only negative marks I would give are on the appliances we had in our unit specifically the washer, fridge, and stove if those were upgraded I'd have nothing negative to say... Also the train noise and traffic kinda sucks sometimes but you get used to it after a while.

As my first apartment living on my own, this has been such a great experience. The staff here are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. The community itself is welcoming — everyone I’ve met has been kind and neighborly, which really makes it feel like home. Everything from the move-in process to day-to-day living has been smooth, and I honestly have no complaints. The property is well-kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear the management takes pride in keeping things running right. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better first place to live on my own. I would absolutely rent here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community.
