This place is disturbing. Caught the security guard at night walking around the parking lot smoking looking into residents cars as if he is looking to steal. I wouldn’t trust living here. The place has gone downhill.

Jolante, and the rest of the staff has been absolutely amazing.She is incredibly professional, and kind. Whether I had a quick question or needed help with paperwork, she was always patient and quick to respond. It is rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to providing great service.If you are looking for a place where the staff truly cares about the residents, this is it. I've been a resident of this apartment complex for almost 6 years, and would not recommend moving here. The building's maintenance has gone downhill and leaves a lot to be desired - there was recently a dead cockroach in my hallway that was sitting there for almost a week. There is currently a large wet spot in my hallway as well from when it rained a few days ago. The parking lot is constantly filthy. There's been a broken floor tile near my apartment that pops up when you step on it - they never fixed it, just threw a floor mat over it. Also, my resident portal hasn't worked in years, and nobody at the company can figure out why, which is a major inconvenience considering that is how rent is payed. I was even charged late fees on a rent payment while they were attempting to figure out how their system worked (which was never actually resolved). Their guest parking system is also a huge pain to use - if you have a guest staying for more than 24 hours, you will have to continually sign them back into the system. Expect to pay several hundred dollars in fees is something goes wrong and your guest's car is towed. This leasing company cares about money, NOT their residents.
