Taylor, I just wanted to say thank you for showing me the apartment. You were so kind, patient, and genuine the whole time. I really appreciated how you took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable asking questions. You didn’t just show me a place. You made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. It truly meant a lot.

The service lived up to our expectations. When we pulled up at this apartment, the staff was more than comparable as far as telling us where to park and guiding us in and out of the building. Waiting on the elevator was not a problem. The security structure in this building is one that most of our clients feel safe about.

Here’s a polished and sincere review you can post: ⸻ 5 Stars – Exceptional Professionalism from Taylor I’m a new resident at this community, and I already feel incredibly grateful for the team here—especially Taylor in the leasing office. Yesterday, while I was in the elevator, I witnessed a potential resident speak very rudely to her, questioning why maintenance would fix an elevator during the day. Taylor handled the situation with absolute professionalism and patience. She stayed calm, polite, and respectful the entire time, even though the comment was completely unnecessary. Seeing how she treats people—even in uncomfortable situations—shows the level of care, maturity, and customer service that I appreciate. As a new resident, it made me even more confident that I chose the right place to live. Huge thanks to Taylor and the whole leasing office for consistently going above and beyond!

Updated Review: Excellent Property, Needs Customer Service Refinement Update: We returned at 3:30 pm to the property after receiving sincere apologies and were able to view the amenities and unit. I am pleased to say that the property itself, including the location and amenities, was very nice and left us with no concerns. I am raising my rating based on the quality of the property once it was finally viewed. Original Thoughts & Feedback: While the property is excellent, I strongly believe that more training is necessary in the area of customer service and guest interaction. Staff professionalism, including appropriate communication and awareness of what to say and not to say in front of potential guests, should be a mandatory requirement. We arrived for our scheduled apartment visit at 2:30 PM. Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, the leasing office staff did not professionally acknowledge our presence. We were left waiting for approximately fifteen minutes without anyone addressing us, providing an update, or outlining the plan for our appointment time. Professionalism: We observed a staff member sitting on the counter, engaging in conversation with the concierge. This interaction appeared to take precedence over ensuring our scheduled tour started in a timely and professional manner. Conclusion: The front office staff's apparent lack of timeliness and professional attention to scheduled appointments is a significant concern. We would encourage the management to address the need for a more punctual and professional approach to managing visitor appointments, as this negatively impacts our overall impression and consideration of the property.

M5250 is a great place to live. I have been a resident for 2 years. Marissa property manager has always been available via email or call whenever I need to ask about anything. I also want it acknowledge Taylor leasing consultant. She always have a wonderful attitude outside of work. She always provided excellent customer service whenever I need anything done. She scheduled me a carpet cleaning after I mentioned it without my knowledge. I truly appreciate that because it lets me know she listen to my suggestion and went above and beyond and schedule the carpet cleaning. Thanks M5250 Team ♥️
