We made appointment to have a tour but the office is closed and nobody showed up. It’s a nice neighborhood to live but we heard people nearby saying this place will be torn down because of the highway extension. What a shame, Houston will have a downtown covered by highways instead of space for people?

It’s in a great location and has good amenities, but the management company in charge makes it not worth living there. They will work to scam you for every dime they can possibly get out of you for the most minuscule things. They will do this while living there and after move-out. Make sure that if you do decide to live here, read your lease agreement thoroughly because there is a lot of fine print that they will work to squeeze money out of you for. Very frustrating and sleazy at times.
