Although, I was highly disappointed in the property management for the lack of communication that resulted in delayed maintenance for two weeks after multiple failed follow up attempts with the leasing office staff (which includes phone calls, left voicemail during business hours, and in- person visits to the leasing office) I am writing this review to specifically thank Mario rather than management. Mario is beyond deserving of a 5-star review provided by his exceptional customer service, extremely attentively, and understandable! In opposition, the property management deserves at best a 2-star rating.

Mario Asst Maintenance Supervisor repaired my dishwasher, fixed bathroom sink & changed HVAC filter. Wonderful to have my complex hires well qualified staff. Thanks

Reported that the WiFi in the gym isn’t working, I was told that it would be fixed. It’s now been about a month and still nothing. I have checked up on it about twice and still nothing fixed.

I've lived at La Maison since October 2025, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this apartment complex thus far. The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance crew is professional and responsive. The grounds are older and I wish they'd update the interior hallways and courtyards, but otherwise it's a safe and clean building. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and there are so many convenient things nearby (Whole Foods, Ulta, coffee shops, etc.). Loved my time at La Maison so far!

Been living here for 1.5 years and generally speaking things have been good. Recently since the switch to greystar there’s been a couple things I’ve noticed that have seriously bothered me. The gym stair master has now been out of order since before Christmas. That’s 5+ months. I’ve personally reached out to them asking about it via email and phone at least twice now and of course staff is very nice about it as they always are but it’s just been too long! Also the garage door has been on the verge of completely breaking and it just appears more broken every week. Please resolve these issues!
