Key West Village

I've been here for almost 3 years now and am very pleased and happy with the staff. They do fix things upon request. If you have pest problems, then most likely it's your neighbor's fault for being dirty...or yourself. I am very appreciative of the staff...especially Ms. Lisa for taking care of things here.

I’m current resident here. I would never recommend this complex. I had issue with roof ceiling over 5 moths and they have fixed it now. It is still bumpy and made me scared when raining. They promised to spray every other week for pets control but they never did. Sink has bad smell. Last time when I asked them that can I leave the apartment as you’re unable to fix and they said okay you can leave and later after 3 days when I started moving out my stuff and rest of my stuff was in. They have locked me out and forced me to stay. They were rude to me. They threatened me to pay the rent otherwise they wouldn’t let me take my stuff out and would lock out tomorrow as well. I offered them that okay I’ll pay for 15 days and you can keep security but manager Myte refused and threaten me to pay the rent with extra charges. I payed the rent the next day. But still getting notices on my door. I have asked them to give the number of your boss but they gave me wrong email address. I complained to city about their behaviour. The city visited and told them to fix it. Now they are taking revenge from me. They gave me call that remove the bad review from google otherwise we will put more extra charges on me. and They did. All I am facing the trauma and headache during this time. I have no idea what to do. Please save yourself from cruel tyrant staff. Manager Myte is so clever and changes the statement when she realized that I am recording. She plays the victim and never take the responsibility of her action. She threat me to remove the review then she can remove unauthorize and unfair late charges from my account. She was trying to say that she is trying to work with me but actually they are blackmailing me. I am so much in pain. And scared from these people. Please do not trap yourself.
