Heights West End

Miss Polly has been an absolute delight! When I did my walk in tour she made me feel welcomed, she toured me a few different units and I was sold on the place I signed on. I moved in a little bit afterwards and the move in process was pretty easy, any concerns that I bring to Miss Polly she does her best to resolve them. I love my new apartment, the area, the building, and the garage keeping my car out of the elements. Very pleased with the decision I made to move into Heights West End.

It's a pre prison. Totally not a fan...

First ever solo apartment and wow did I choose poorly. First, the fourth floor is Very dirty and smelly. Next, the staff is incredibly unhelpful. Maintenance stinks, there are Tons of broken door handles, hinges, and elevator panels. Staff is Not understanding whatsoever. This place is entirely Not worth the money. They will try to get you to sign with a deal. Read all the fine print in the contract, they will screw you out of every single last cent on move out especially with their 60 day required move-out notice (most places have it at 30 if they have one). The apartment unit itself is okay I suppose, but the common areas are incredibly smelly, dirty and unkept due to a handful of inconsiderate and dirty residents and poor management. The valet trash needs to be completely cancelled because the building is infested with gnats due to people leaving unkept trash in the hallways for long periods of time. A lot of pet owners have piss in the hallways and elevators. There are surely no consequences because this occurred throughout my entire stay. Overall, the apartment complex as seen in the photos is poorly built and unkept. I didn’t have any negative experiences with anyone from the office until move out, at which point they became downright rude and portrayed abysmal customer service. Spend your money better elsewhere.
