This apartment sucks and it seems like after management changed it got worse. Roaches, smelly hallways, unsafe conditions. The manager Mr. Sanchez is rude and the maintenance doesn’t do their job. Since I’ve moved in I’ve had several instances of my appliances not working and they keep breaking. I can’t wait until my lease is over so I can get the hell out of here. It’s too expensive for a terrible place

This apartment has been such a headache, I’ve reach out NUMEROUS times to get my deposit back they will not give it back to me. I’ve been in contact with multiple people and still have not received it. In the time I was living here the garage was ALWAYS broken, my car had been towed in DAMAGED even though I was in resident parking. No one wanted to take responsibility of the damage. The hallway were always filthy. Constantly felt unsafe at this location and all management offered was for me to call a courtesy officer after and incident had occurred in the apartment due to unlocked door and open gate. It’s actually so sad they will not take any accountability nor return my deposit that Im rightfully owed. 0/10 recommend this community.

I had a great experience viewing this apartment complex. The lady who helped me, Maya, was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions. Her professionalism made the whole process so much easier and more comfortable. Highly recommend working with her if you're considering moving here!

We were highly impressed with this apartment! I loved that it's an actual apartment that rents out like a hotel room. It's right across from the NRG Center. The apartment we stayed in had been renovated recently. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I like that you get your own key fob to get into the parking garage. The cable and internet wasn't working for the first couple days we stayed, but I think that was because it was just hooked up but not actually set up. It got fixed and all was well. Overall, we will definitely stay again!

Very accommodating. The staff seem like they care. They have a shuttle to MD Anderson. The maintenance was talking care of quickly. The place seems secure, although there is no security staff (that I've seen). The guy is better then we expected and the lounge area was super. This place is less then a block from Target (Super Target) and many places to eat. All in all our stay here has been great.
