Hanover Montrose

This was our 4th tour of the day, and it’s safe to say the other places we saw couldn’t hold a candle to our experience at Hanover Montrose. We toured with Yara and she did a phenomenal job at making us feel right at home and in the best hands. She went the extra mile while giving us a tour and was extremely personable. If you’ve look at their website, I don’t need to touch on the quality of the apartments and the amenities. It’s the epitome of luxury hotel living!! We loved this place and we loved touring with Yara!!

It was great when I moved in, but since there is construction going on in the lot right by the apartment, my view that was great before is now of a big crane. I hear loud banging construction sounds and construction vehicles throughout the entire day. I feel like I got scammed and would not have moved here if I knew this construction would be happening. I would give the management team and the maintenance staff 5 stars though; they are great, friendly and do a good job.

So far so good with Hannover. Isabel gave me my tours and she was pretty nice. This place is lovely and I'll be moving in two months. I will be honest its slightly not as modern as some other Hannovers but it is the lowest priced for space. Luxury for sure!

The staff are very welcoming, once I entered I was quickly attended to for my walk-in tour. I was pleased with the amenities that were offered and how clean the general complex was. Yara the leasing management was very good at her job showing me everything. The only thing was I didn’t get greeted by the staff in the front at first. All to say it was a good experience for anybody looking to move in. The view is nice as well.

Best apartments with the best people! It has been such a pleasure living at the Hanover Montrose - It is truly such a beautiful community with exceptional amenities and services provided by the team. The management team, the maintenance team(Keith and team), concierge(Aira and team!!) and the leasing team(Isabella and team) are outstanding. The apartment also has valet services for the resident's guests who do a fantastic job all day round. We have been beyond impressed with the friendly, polite, and exceptional service of the staff. It is clear that they are dedicated to provided top notch service at all times. We feel fortunate to be a part of this community. We thank each and every team member for creating a very comfortable environment which feels like a family and we highly recommend Hanover Montrose for anyone looking for a beyond exceptional living experience
