Our experience has been great so far, we love the helpful staff, prompt service and great location, our bayou view is amazing, couldn’t have asked for more for the price we pay, overall a great experience, we will miss you Greenbriar ❤️ and, a sincere thanks to their maintenance team, especially Raymon, who came all the way on a long weekend to get my air-conditioning in order, thank you guys.

If you tour this apartment and are offered a special deal, make sure to get it in writing. I was verbally offered “$500 off the first full month of rent” if I applied within 48 hours of touring. When it came time to pay my first month of rent, the discount was not reflected. I called the office and the first person I spoke with said the deal never existed. After insisting on speaking with the person who gave me the tour (and gave me the offer), I was then told the promotion only applied if I had moved in a month earlier, despite them knowing my move-in date when the deal was offered. Since I did not have the agreement in writing, nothing was done. If they offer you any promotion after your tour, make sure to get an email with all the details.
