I lived here for 2 years and had the best experience there. It’s a pretty quiet overall complex very peaceful. Anytime i ever had a maintenance request they were always completed in a timely manner. Vanessa with the leasing company is so nice and helpful with any questions that you could have. Overall such a great time at this apartment complex no complaints from me.

If you contact the leasing office, ask for Vanessa. She is very nice, experienced, professional and you’re going to like her if you move here. I had family who lived here for ~25 yrs ago and use to visit here when I was in HS. I moved here about 10 yrs ago when I moved back to Houston because I remembered this was a very quite and convenient place. Vanessa took over about 2-3 years ago and it only has gotten better.

Close to the Medical center, Rice village, gorgeous Hermann Park, and the Bus Transit center which makes every place super accessible!! Surrounded by Greenery in every direction which makes every evening on your balcony, and every walk in the neighborhood a wonderful Calming experience….no better place to live whether you’re a student or just looking for the best, Most Affordable place to live in the Medical Center. Neighbors: Only 25 Apts, so everyone knows everyone and it feels like Family!! Safety: If you’re looking for a gated community, YOU DON’T NEED GATES HERE!! This is the absolute Safest place to live in!! Only 1 break into my car in 23yrs!! And it happened 10yrs ago when the property was being renovated and there were new outside workers on the property. The regular maintenance crew like Christian are very reliable and super trust worthy!! You will see the same familiar faces helping you out for years for all your Apt issues! Management: Since it’s such a small, gem of a community, you always know the Manager personally and they know you! They are very friendly and accommodating and always available in person to talk and help you out! They all have lived on the property on the ground flr which makes it very convenient and safe. The current manager Vanessa is no different, she’s young, smart, knowledgeable, accomplished and friendly and will go out of her way to help if she can to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. She’s also instituted Free High-Speed Internet from Xfinity, yaaay!! Since her arrival pest control has also been regular and not a single roach has been spotted on the property or in my Apt for the last year lol! I can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s been home for so long. We have a nice pool, we had free cable for years, if things are broken they get fixed quickly, but they respect your privacy - you will never have anyone barge into your Apt unannounced or without warning. I thank the Owners and Managers for making Greenbriar Bend Apts a wonderful, affordable and safe place to live for the last 2 decades of my life.

I lived here for 2 years and had a good experience the location is very convenient and I felt safe in the area. There are trees outside with roaches but they are out mostly at night and pest control seems to keep them at bay inside the apartment. The new manager has made the complex look nicer, maintenance responds in a timely manner, and pool area is always clean.
