Golden Village Townhomes

Maintenance sucks, you can ever rarely find someone working in the office. Some homes have over dated heating systems that don't match up to city regulations, houses have water damage, some cases of rat infestations, although the homes have lovely interiors.

Lack of maintenance, haven’t had water since 3 weeks because of the snow storm we should of had water last week but something with the pipe broke I’m not sure! wouldn’t recommend to move in! #poorQuality

Edit- still wouldnt recomend living here. They have an open sign but theres nobody in the office. Their hours are marked but nobody is in the office at those hours Tbh idk why my family still lives in these apts. The location is not bad but management dont give af abt its resident's. One could go countless times to the office and they are never there I just went at 3pm it says they close at 5pm and no one to be found. This is a constant problem at any time of day. It seems as if theres only 1 single maintenance personnel bc it can be months until they respond to you. We've completely stopped asking the office to fix things and just started to do it ourselves bc there is never any response and nobody ever seems to care. There was a fire not too long ago and the firefighters couldn't get in because they have the gate locked they took a while getting in bc they had to break the lock. The mailboxe doors are either not present or always being broken Into. They have townhouses nd they layout is nice but cheaply built. The owner would come from time to time but the only change I've seen is management change but even then its like nothing has changed tbh. I wouldn't recommend moving in these units tbh
