Gables Metropolitan Uptown

This is the second time I've tried to look at an Apartment at this property and both experiences were horrible. The code that you're asked to scan to create an account didn't work for me , and Natalia who worked in the office made it no better either with her bad attitude/ weird demeanor she offered no help , I'm sure it's other ways of getting around not being able to create an account to view an apartment , but she didn't offer any .. the energy in that office is bad .. everything happens for a reason.. and based on the reviews.. Its just not me.

I recently visited an apartment complex and had an unfortunate experience with a leasing agent named "S." From the moment I entered, it was clear that she was preoccupied with another client. While I understood that she was busy, I was simply trying to inquire about the best way to follow up or return for a visit. Instead of a warm greeting or acknowledgment, she made it seem like my presence was an inconvenience. ( on 11/1/25 Blonde girl) When she handed me her business card, I attempted to scan it for my records, but she abruptly demanded it back, seemingly annoyed. I then felt uncomfortable and decided to leave the office. Before exiting, I expressed my displeasure with her rudeness, as it was not the level of customer service I expected. Overall, this experience left a sour impression on me, and I have decided that I will not be returning to this apartment complex, regardless of how affordable the rates may be. Good customer service is essential, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard.

I've been a resident for over 2 yrs and will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Upon my last renewal cost went up substantially. All the gates were broken for a long time without any urgency to repair. Visitor parking is limited to 10 a month and they frequently tow. Car has been broke into stuff stolen and they didnt care. Water shutoff is alsofrequent. My biggest complaint is a new resident moved in next door and every night has his music or podcast up during quiet hours overnight. This has been going on for months since he moved in without any effort for resolution. I notify courtesy patrol and the office frequently, but nothing has changed. Complaint has now been escalated to corporate since it is not being handled at the local level. They DONT EVEN ENFORCE THEIR OWN POLICY ON AFTER HOUR NOISE so don't plan on sleeping well. I'd recommend other properties

I just want to start off on how awesome the staff here is. They are also so kind and helpful with anything i ask. Workorders are completed in a timely manner which is super important for me. Living in an apartment has its challenges but Gables Metro Uptown has by far been the best experience I've had. The property is beautiful and the amenities are well kept. The location for me is amazing. I can walk to shops and restaurants and if i need to uber anywhere I'm not far. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had such a fantastic experience living at Gables Metropolitan Uptown! From the moment I toured the property, the staff made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Move-in was seamless, and the leasing team has continued to be incredibly responsive and friendly. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, yet still feels like a quiet retreat. The building and grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities (especially the pool, fitness center, and resident lounges) are top-notch. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and quality finishes. What stands out most is how well the management team takes care of residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and there’s a real sense of community here with events and communication that keep everyone in the loop. I truly feel at home at Gables Metropolitan Uptown. If you’re looking for a stylish apartment in a great location with a team that cares, I can’t recommend it highly enough!
