Great apartment overall - hopefully management can figure out how to keep the gate fixed. Given the concerns around the residents access entrances/exits, keeping a singular gate operational would aid management in their goal of appealing to upmarket clients.

I’ve lived in this building since it first opened — one of the first 50 residents to move in — and the quality has gone downhill while the prices keep climbing. The property has not been maintained the way a luxury community should be, and instead of improving the resident experience, management seems more focused on finding new ways to charge for things that were already included. The latest example: being asked to pay extra for my single parking spot, even though rent is already close to $3,000 a month. On top of that, there is no concierge, which makes the added fees feel even more unreasonable. It truly comes across as money-driven rather than resident-focused. The one positive I will mention is the maintenance team — they are amazing. They respond quickly, they’re helpful, and they do their best despite everything else. If I had known the direction this property was headed, I would not have renewed my lease. I hope management takes resident feedback seriously and starts prioritizing upkeep, amenities, and transparency instead of unnecessary charges.

I had such a great experience touring this community! The navigation to the property was super easy, and everything was well-marked so finding the leasing office was no problem at all. The team made the tour smooth and enjoyable, answering all my questions and really taking the time to show me around. I was impressed with how many amazing amenities are offered — from the fitness center to the pool and resident spaces, everything is modern and well-kept. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with thoughtful layouts and finishes that make them feel like home. On top of that, the pricing is some of the best I’ve seen in the area for the quality and amenities included. Overall, I left the tour feeling very excited, and I’m hopeful I’ll be moving in here soon. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re apartment hunting!

I’m now on my third lease at Forth at Navigation, and that alone speaks to how much I enjoy living here. The community is well-kept, safe, and has a welcoming vibe that makes it feel like home. The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out, every time I’ve had an issue, big or small, they’ve been quick, professional, and thorough in resolving it. It gives a lot of peace of mind knowing that things are taken care of right away. I also want to highlight Monse, the leasing agent, who has always gone above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s renewing a lease, answering questions, or just being approachable and kind, she’s made my experience here even better. Overall, Forth at Navigation has been a consistently positive place to live, a combination of great staff, reliable maintenance, and a community that feels both vibrant and comfortable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in this area.

I am coming up on a year of living here and can honestly say it's the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. Every apartment before I've had some major issues be it roach infested, ac not working, plumbing issues, annoying/violent neighbors, lousy maintenance, horrible neighborhood, no security for parking etc. But forth has been nothing but 10/10. Not to mention the incredible benefits, amazing sky lounge, pool, and gym. The only complaints I have would be pet owners don't pick up after their dogs sometimes and you'll see that in the lobby or elevator, and I wish the shared spaces like the sky lounge, and co-working sites would remain open past 10pm. The staff is also a huge plus, especially Monse who has been nothing but helpful and friendly to all my questions!
