This company will take your application and screening fee and months later will file a collection on you. This just happened to me, and I’m sure it’s happening to others. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Mr Jamil is a great landlord. Very understanding and honest. As a former tenant, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience renting from this company and working with Mr Jamil. Properties aren’t just student housing, and the units are clean and well maintained.

Jamil is a great Landlord. Easy going, addresses concerns/maintenance issues in a timely fashion, very understanding and lenient with college students. I am grateful for all of his help. My only tip is be aware of the location you chose because third ward can be rough. Other than that, this is great for students looking for off-campus housing.
