Falls of Maplewood Apartments

I moved here just under a month ago and everything from the initial tour to being a current renter has been amazing. Not only was I assisted in a timely manner throughout my application and move in process, but when I had worries ( as a first time renter) and tried to cancel my application last minute Patty Cuellar was really a helping hand. She throughly explained where I was mistaken and clearly explained what I misunderstood. Without her assistance I definitely would’ve missed out on this cozy community. The actual apartment itself is very Spacious ( 1 bed, 1bath) with a neat layout. all amenities included is a huge plus and the noise level is almost always on the quieter side, even on the weekends and with the current construction down the street.

I did a tour today and the entire property is well kept. The units I was shown a studio and a 1BR were nice and very clean. No weird odors at all. The property manager, Patty was super nice. She gave me all the info I needed. I would definitely put this property on my top 3 list to srsly consider. Thank you Patty!

I have lived at The Falls of Maplewood for 4 years and it's been absolutely amazing!!! The community is smaller but very clean and pleasant to live, also very quiet Patty (property manager)she has been amazing to work with. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding; she’s warm, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. She truly makes the whole process stress-free and pleasant.Maintenance was on point and the upkeep on the grounds were excellent. The doggie park, I love it. I spend time with my babies. Neighbor are friendly. I very happy leaving here at Falls of Maplewood Apartments Thank you Patty.

Moved in mid January and it’s been pretty good so far! A highlight is definitely Patty who made the leasing process easy and has an energy that I think powers the place. Nice walkable area, pretty quiet, maintenance was quick to fix my stove burners when I had issues with 2 of them, and the property is well kept. I have not had any issues settling in here and would recommend to anyone apartment hunting in the area!

Moving from Canada to Texas was a big step for our family, but Patty at Falls of Maplewood made the entire process effortless and stress-free. Even before we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, informed, and comfortable with our move to a new country. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly set her apart. When we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained the community is. Our home feels bright, welcoming, and peaceful — everything we hoped for and more. The grounds are beautiful, and you can tell that the staff take great pride in keeping everything in top shape. Patty continues to be a constant source of support and warmth. She treats every resident like family, always going the extra mile to make sure everyone feels valued and at home. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Falls of Maplewood is a wonderful place to live, and Patty is the heart of it all!
