Fairfield Trails Apartments

had a really great experience at Fairfield Trails Apartments, and I especially want to shout out Jeda for being amazing. From the start, she was kind, patient, and super helpful, answering all my questions and making the process feel easy and stress-free. She was very professional but also genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and doing her job well. Overall, the apartments are clean and comfortable, and having someone like Jeda on the team makes a huge difference. Thank you, Jeda, for your outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience at this apartment complex. The customer service is very professional, and the staff is always polite and helpful. Nisi was especially awesome—very professional and attentive. The community feels comfortable, welcoming, and friendly, making it a great place to live.

Tamika the worst person to talk with, she doesn’t want to give solutions or resolve problems but to always have the reason even when she does not. They will take decisions on the apartment not even trying to inform or making any calls or emails, staff lives in stress and has 0 customer service skills

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately shortly after moving in, in February, a team of workers showed up out of the blue to work on the foundation on our building. We received NO PRIOR NOTICE yet we had to let them begin. The next few weeks were filled with inescapable construction noise. Once they finished there were cracks on the walls that were patched and painted over. However, since then, new cracks have formed as well as noticeable cracks on the flooring. The master bathroom has a small leak seeping up from the flooring. Twice workers have come to take a look yet nothing can be done unless all furnishing is moved out. We suggested to leave it as is with a rent reduction so it can be fixed once the lease is done and the apartment is vacated which they refused. The office HUNG UP ON US WITH NO CLEAR SOLUTION. Also, the tenants here litter non stop and don’t clean up their dog(s) waste. There is no playground for the children so they play on a concrete slab or in the parking lots unattended. This is disappointingly not a good community. 0 stars.

I've been living at Fairfield Apartments for about a month now, and the experience has been excellent from day one. The leasing process was smooth, and every step was handled with professionalism. I had to go back and forth a few times during the process cz my own life problem, but the staff was always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout. Even after moving in, the level of service has remained top-notch. The team here really goes out of their way to make sure residents feel welcome and supported. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. The community is quiet and well-kept, and I truly feel at home here. If you're looking for a place with great service, friendly staff, and a smooth move-in experience, I highly recommend Fairfield Apartments!
